The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and condescending. For example, when I would explain why I was there to begin with she immediately started talking over me trying to educate me about something I already knew and was completely irrelevant. It became obvious she wasn't listening to me, but preferred the tone of her own voice. I was taken aback by how rude she was and i practically walked in there ready to give them my business. At one point she walked into a coworker's office, joking and laughing (even made eye contact with me while this was happening) while I just stood there for 7 or 8 minutes. When I asked, she refused to let me speak with one of their advisors. Finally another employee saw what was happening and stepped in. He had me speak with another gentleman who was knowledgeable, honest, and forthcoming. Unfortunately, my experience with the lady at the front desk made me feel not welcome (and flat out disrespected) so I took my business elsewhere.
