The way they stressed me out saying Jiffy lube messed up my drain plug concerned me deeply. I expressed my concerns to BJ and he took my car in and within 20 min knocked it out and topped off my car. The plug wasn’t even damaged or looked bad. Maybe slightly stripped but the fact Take 5 turned me away and refused to give me an oil changed made me think it was far far worse. I appreciate BJ dealing with my frustration and helping me out within minutes. I definitely recommend people like this who want to help you. 5/5 stars for making my day far better.
