Travis helped me out with my tires! He was super professional, answered all my questions, and didn’t try to sell more just because I was a lady. Definitely will be going to this NTB!!

I’ve never had any issues with this location until today. I’ve always chosen this shop for my vehicles because they’ve been reasonable and do good work. However, after today’s experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I arrived around 1:15 PM to have tires mounted that I did not purchase from them. Before coming in, I called to get an estimate and to confirm they could do the work today. The young lady on the phone gave me a price and assured me they could get to it quickly. Upon arrival, I asked again about the wait time and was told 1 to 1.5 hours, which I agreed to. About 1.5 hours later, I saw my vehicle pulled around, indicating it was finished. At that moment, the employee working the front desk was assisting another customer regarding a nail in her tire. The technician who worked on my car came in, placed my keys and paperwork on the desk, and nodded at me. I waited patiently while the front-desk employee finished helping the other customer. While I waited, the technician began bringing in tires from the back. Then a young woman also started bringing in tires, saying, “Our manager wants to make a Christmas tree.” Shortly after, the front-desk employee—who had just finished with the other customer—also began carrying tires instead of checking me out. I was the only customer in the lobby, and despite the technician saying twice, “His vehicle is ready,” no one acknowledged me or began the checkout process. The technician even apologized, though none of this was his fault. The three employees continued stacking tires, and the young woman began singing “O Christmas Tree.” When the manager came out with more tires, she commented on how the stack was crooked and instructed them to fix the labels. Only after the technician said for the third time, “His vehicle is ready,” did anyone finally check me out—and even then, the young woman processing my payment did not apologize or acknowledge the delay. While she was checking me out, the manager called over to her for help placing the topper on the tire Christmas tree. After leaving the lobby, I discovered that the two rear tires I had specifically asked to keep were not in my car, around the vehicle, or anywhere outside. I had clearly told the young man at the counter—with glasses and a tattoo on his forearm—that I wanted to keep them, and he said, “No problem.” At that point, already frustrated, I simply left. Today’s experience made it clear that this location values building a Christmas tire display more than providing basic customer service. I will no longer bring any of my vehicles to this or any other NTB/Mavis Tire location. I would rather drive farther and pay more for quality service and professionalism.

I’ve always had great service and pricing when buying tires here. I stopped in today to have a tire patched and Bailey made sure I was updated every step of the way. Jacob was very efficient on the repair time and even checked the remaining tires for leaks and proper pressure.

Dropped off car earlier today for a rotation and tire sensor check. Went home and waited for 2.5 hours for an update, when I called was told by the lady in the front desk that it has been taken care of so I go pick up the car. On our way there, we get a call that the car was never worked on because no one asked for the keys at drop off. Not even a phone call when the car was first dropped off to check or anything wasted the whole afternoon because someone had an oversight.

I got a couple of flat/busted tires and came to this establishment to buy two new tires from this place for $300.02, including a fee for balancing the tires by themselves. We were given tires too big for my car and so we had to go back to have them fix that. I went back today for an alignment since my car was slightly drifting off to the side. We waited for the service to be completed only to be given back my keys. I was told that an alignment could not be preformed because the car frame was bent. So I left only to discover my car was heavily worse in veering off to the point my anti-traction light would flicker on and off. I called to let them know of this issue and they claimed they didn't touch it and to bring it back by in the morning. I went to Firestone instead to see what they would say. Did not tell Firestone any information other than hitting a pot hole and needing an alignment done. An alignment was preformed after an entire vehicle inspection was done. Nothing was found other than needing two tires replaced on the other side that have not been replaced yet. I asked about the frame and they said the frame was completely fine. I was given a walkthrough and shown what was found by Firestone. Stay away from NTB, they are will lie to you and will sabotage your car for you to come back for more services by them.
