In the last two days, I have been to 5 auto places to get my car inspected. One after the other couldn’t service me because they didn’t have an inspector present, computers were down, or hadn’t gotten approval to do inspections. One place I went to twice in one day bc I was told the first time the inspector would be there later that day, so I went back later and was told he wasn’t there. I had little kids with me, so getting this done quickly was imperative. Finally went to Jiffy Lube and they found a way to get my car inspected. However, I couldn’t pull up my insurance (my fault), so they said come back whenever and they’ll get me taken care of as quickly as possible. Let me emphasize that they were willing to wait as long as it took for me to come up with my insurance, but I made the decision to leave and come back. I came back, same day, they got me in and out super quick, and did everything they could to ease my stress. They were top notch, professional, kind, respectful, and considerate.
