When they realized their mistake they did not apologize and had to call several people to figure out how to refund us. Then they kept asking over and over what kind of oil change we wanted. Then still messed it up and put the wrong oil in it!! Then had to drain it and start over. Still no apology for all the mistakes. And there was oil all over my engine. Not okay and not professional! And it cost over $122 bucks! Save your money and save your car by not going here
