We had such a great experience with Aracely throughout the entire car buying process. She was incredibly patient, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable every step of the way.

Unless you want to pay for add ons that they say cannot be taken off and be 20k upside down I would avoid this one. Been to multiple dealerships to try and get out of this car and they all say I’m buried. The car only has 6k miles on it because I refuse to drive it so I can salvage some sort of value. All of the salesmen at other dealerships have worked there before and have nothing good to say. Wish I wouldn’t have went here. So here’s my warning.

Shady business practice here. Gave me a super low ball offer on my trade. (No surprise) When I told them their offer was ridiculous and much lower than other offers ($8k) they said, “show us a written offer and we will match it!” (Like…prove it)
Ok, I showed them the written offer…then suddenly they didnt want to do a deal. Oh and keep your eyes open for their almost $3k in added nonsense!
Finally, when I inquired about the availability of the vehicle, the price was $58,749. NEXT day, ad price changed to $59,750! What a coincidence!
Stay clear of this place…you can do better!

An Awesome Experience!
Alanna Carter, exemplifies the role of a professional sales person. She was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, transparent and committed to assisting us with the purchase of our new VW ID Buzz!
We live 5 minutes from a VW dealer but they knew very little about the ID Buzz so we chose to drive over an hour out of our way to work with Alanna because after a brief time over the phone with her we could tell that she was extremely knowledgeable. I would give it zero stars, but I had to choose one. After test driving a vehicle earlier in the week, Aracely reached out to me asking if we could work a deal (in so many words). I told her on the vehicle that I test drove. I waited until the next day and reach back out to her with some parameters. Aracely said she understood and would love to make us part of the "family"! She then led me to believe that the vehicle I test drove was the vehicle we were working on a deal for several hours trying to come to an agreement (to terms). She then sent me photos of the inside of a different vehicle trying to get me into that one. I told her no thank you, I am only interested in the one that I test drove. After several hours Aracely stated "We sold it yesterday". I told her she wasted my time and if this is how that treat "FAMILY" NO THANK YOU!
