- RGreginald gardnerNov 11, 20255.0Heading to Bastrop TX to Hot Rods and Hero’s Veterans Car Show from Lubbock TX. Check Engine Light (CEL) came on. Stopped at O’Reilly’s in Coleman, Texas to have the check engine light diagnosed. It was determined that the number 1NOX sensor could be at fault and could place the engine in limp mode. I drove to Brownwood, Texas looking for a repair shop. Saw this huge billboard sign that read TEXPRO auto diesel repair. I found the location on Google. I went to the shop. Talked to Bruce about my situation. Mind you, it’s Friday, late in the afternoon near closing. This kind, understanding and helpful person told me, you get the part, I’ll put it on. I did and he did as well. He did it while the sun was beaming down on him and the hot exhaust testing his will. Bruce fix my truck, scanned and rest the parameters. Bruce made sure every nut, bolt and clip was the way it was supposed to be. I will forever be in his debt. And to top it off. Bruce called to check on me and wish me a happy Veterans Day! Thank you Bruce.

We called a few mechanic shops in the area and they all said it would be a day or two before they could look at my truck. TexPro said to bring it in and they would look at it same day. Shout out to Welch Bros. Towing. They picked us up quickly and let me, my wife and our two dogs ride in their truck to TexPro. The guys at TexPro looked at my truck and even gave us a ride to and from town to have lunch while they worked on the truck. They replaced my water pump, thermostat, and serpentine belt for a fair price in the same day. Thoroughly satisfied! Thank y'all so much!!
