Sticker on windshield said due at 3000 but with the oil my car recommended and I use is a 5000 mile oil. I told them to do it because I don't want to come back when I cold. Some how my name and address was wrong for my car info . We fixed it so I could get coupon. Don't know how my info was wrong for over a year before I caught it. Guy's helped me . Thank you this was the best experience I have had with your business. Not saying I have had a bad experience just saying this was the best customer service I ever received
