  After moving into the area earlier this year, I had a membership at Surf Thru Car Wash. I was frustrated that there was typically not enough towels and there was an occasion that I stopped by for a car wash during normal business hours, and it was closed. No notice, so I wasted my time and gas. The last straw was after a road trip and I had a great amount of bug splatter, and after running my vehicle through twice, it wasn't much better. I switched to Club Car Wash, which always has plenty of towels, and I can grab a towel on the way in to wipe down the interior while going through the wash. The wax that is used is a much better quality than Surf Thru, and I like the tapered nozzles on the vacuums, which makes it easier to get in every floor space, which Surf Thru does not have. I worked at a car wash when I was in high school, and I am very picky. It is hands down the much better choice!

  This is a newer location. It is your basic drive-through car wash. Power wash spray upfront and then you do the drying and vacuuming afterwards. They provide clean towels and Windex for you to use.

  They got rid of the compressed air, their most expensive wash doesn’t actually clean the wheels and bottom half of car like most other car washes and their staff is rude. I stopped purchasing the MVP and when I asked for the Rookie (least expensive option they doesn’t “guarantee” the bottom half) the attendant at the booth asked why I wasn’t going with the more expensive options. When I explained my experience with the MVP not cleaning the bottom half of my car and wheels he said “then why did you come here?”. At the $10 Rookie price I don’t mind wiping down the wheels and bottom of my car after the wash but he had a good point… I probably won’t be back now that there is a nearby alternative car wash.

  It was O.K. My car was extremely dirty, and this wash got it pretty clean. There was still some brake dust on the wheels and some water spots, but whatever. I could have towel dried it to avoid this, or selected a higher prices package. Taking off another star for their marketing tactics. Each wash package is named, (Rookie, Veteran, Pro) based on price. If you select rookie wash, there is a flashing "Rookie" sign when entering the wash that lets everyone know you selected the basic / cheapest wash package. Coming from a 10 year career in product marketing, this was almost comical. I could see this working on return customers, but for me it just turned me off of coming here again. I'll go to the self service wash where my car wash status isn't publicly displayed lol.
