A nice gentleman called Gregg helped me and my friend tow our car all the way to Houston, was comprehensive about the situation, and offered comfort through the whole ordeal. He even went out of his way to accompany us to the car rental office to make sure that we were taken care of, truly very thankful for his assistance.
