I called, they would not take the time to troubleshoot an issue over the phone with me. Not thrilled with their service.

I called KTAC and they informed me I had to take my tractor to a Kubota dealer, have it inspected and pictures taken and sent back to KTAC just to see if I MAY get approved. I’ve had insurance on this tractor since it was new. WOWCO service manager, Rudy, hadn’t done this before so he called KTAC and got the details. WOWCO took a lot of pictures and did the inspection per KTAC and Rudy emailed KTAC back all the info. The next morning I got a call from KTAC that I was approved and the tractor looked really good.
