This is my 3rd or 4th time coming here and can’t recommend them enough. They did great work with mine and my gf’s car and it’s obvious they care about the quality of work they put out

Great place, great people, great value!! I had a coolant leak that I couldn't find and suspected the worst. Spoke with Josh in the morning, normally expecting to make an appointment for service. Josh took me in right away and called me back in 2 hours with a fix and estimate, which included a series of pictures and a video!! Turned out to be a super easy fix with a replacement part shipped overnight. He also recommended and completed 2 preventative services. Joshua and his crew have an amazing sense of customer service and interaction, and it was very enjoyable to interact with him and his group. I think I found my new go-to car repair shop!! Many many recommendations for Safe Auto Group for any of your needs!!

Edit: They did reach back out a few days later after speaking with the dealer and being informed the dealer did not send them the correct/complete parts for my alternator. SAR admited fault and apologized for not realizing this upon install and did bring me back in to place the correct parts on my alternator. They also refunded me the diagnostic fee. I took my car to Safe Auto MB on Monday for an alternator repair. They asked if they could run a $150 diagnostic test to make sure nothing else was causing the alternator to fail. I agreed. (I later learned there is also an hour of labor charged on top of the $150) They determined it was just the alternator and gave me a quote of just over $1600 which included the test, labor, shop fees and the part. I agreed even though it was way more expensive than expected. I picked it up on Tuesday and by Thursday it was doing the same thing. I am lucky I didnt end up with a dead battery in the middle of I10! I brought it back to them and was told the nut to the alternator was not there. I was asked what I did to it in the two days I had it. I explained I only drove it home and to work. They kept saying the tech put the bolt on, he swears he did and implying I did something to it. I dont even own a tool that would remove the nut!!! Why would I pay 1600 to turn around and ruin the work I paid for?!?! My back up camera also stopped working when I picked it up the first time. I questioned it and was told it was a software issue and they did not break it. It worked when I backed it out of my driveway to drop it off, but now it doesnt. The tech also argued with me about that. I dont trust a thing they say after picking up my car incomplete. The only good thing I can say is the manager was nice and tried to help. The tech who inspected the work the 2nd time wasnt as nice, still implying I did something with the bolt! If you have techs not double and triple checking their work, having a nice manager does no good. I asked for a discount for the trouble I was told no. No respect for the fact that I had to take off work to bring it in again. Or that they left me in a dangerous situation. They could have at least extended a refund for the diagnostic fee, to try to make it somewhat right. Repairing the work they didnt do correctly the first time, doesnt make up for the time and trouble Ive gone through.

Had an accident 7 months ago- and thought I didn't have any damages. But it soon caught up to me when my battery started draining while the vehicle was turned off. Took it here and dealt mostly with Joshua who was very courteous and communicative throughout the diagnosing process. He explained everything in great detail on what the problem was. It ended up being a much larger problem than I anticipated, but I told him to fix it please. Didn't want my vehicle back until it was fully repaired. The technicians were great, went to work and found more extensive damage inside the bumper. All in all had to replace the entire bumper and have sensors recalibrated which gave them a little trouble doing so. I like the fact that Joshua did not give up on my vehicle as it was truly a headache to recalibrate all sensors. My vehicle was truly a difficult vehicle, but I appreciate all the guys staying the course and 2 weeks later my vehicle was repaired and I was driving away with no issues. Will definitely return hopefully not too soon..but this is my go to place for repairs from now on

My dad’s 2005 RAV4 has a noise coming from the engine, they charge me $150 for a diagnostic and they said that the noise was coming from the catalytic converter, we decided not fix it in that moment, a few days later, I checked the noise myself and was caused from the water pump, at the end they was really far away from the truth, and charge me for nothing
