When i get the chance to go here I get solicitation to buy a package deal . Everytime I decline this normally takes 3 times of telling the cashier NO I don't want your package.
Then they pop off with so you won't be here In a month again I tell them no.
I will tell you what do need I need your employees to not roll their eyes. Suck their teeth and walk off all flipping attitude when I have already said NO the 1st ,2nd and 3rd time. It is irritating !!! And I am the one spending money there to catch an attitude because I won't buy your package deal crap

They take way too long "tryin" to process your card in a regular left lane then come to you saying your card is unable to process and go to a fast lane to process the card, all this while pushing buying membership. Not sure if that is a strategy, but it is very annoying and waste of my time.

We have 2 BMW’s and another car signed up for unlimited plans. One of our BMW’s was rear ended by a truck. The experience getting it fixed was fine, but I worry it will happen again. I talked to the manager, explained that our BMW’s ability to go to neutral to drive can be tricky. There is a delay. I asked him if anything could be done to mitigate future accidents. He told me that I can leave the air dry early, but then I wouldn’t get the full service. I asked about distance between cars. He said “you can ask the guys” and I replied that I have and they declined. So my choices are not get the full service or worry that the car gets rearended. While they do pay for accidents, it’s a huge inconvience and terrible for the car. This isn’t a good fit for us and they lost our trust. They must just focus on volume, not customer experience.

I would give them 5 stars but their bathroom is very dirty. I have a membership here and come around once a week to clean my car and choose not to go to the restroom because it’s so filthy. I feel as though it wouldn’t be hard to maintain considering I’m constantly seeing employees walking aimlessly.
