I had a membership, canceled today, and my tag never worked, leaving me to have someone come and look up my car to let me in, which was annoying. That’s not the worst. The carwash destroyed my drivers side windshield wiper. No one offered to help and because I was needing to leave, I call and they tell me that my time is up to file a claim, that it’s been longer than 48 hours. DO NOT go here, they are not helpful and will ruin your car.
