When I asked about it the response was that I was paying for the blades of the cutter and disposal fees. I assume the blades are standard tools for this type of work and there is no disposal in a glass tint for a brand new car with.no previous tint. Extremely dishonest attitude.

While I was explaining which windows I wanted to get tinted, he kept talking to someone else, not paying attention to what I was saying and brushed me off. Then, after 4 minutes on call, the person I was speaking with cut me off and said he had to talk to other people and just hung up. VERY RUDE and I felt super disrespected because I was ready to book an appointment, but I guess not anymore. I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth!
