I was a little nervous about buying a used car with more than average miles on it. But I was determined to buy a cash car. I found one here in great condition. Chase explained that is was an “as is” car, but when I saw a light pop on the dash and realized one of the keys had a low battery Chase told me to bring it back in and he would fix everything. He put me in a Range Rover until it was fixed. When I picked it up, my car was cleaned and working like new even though the problem was more than they expected. I have had no issues with it since. I love my car and the service I received.

Your commercial, which I frequently see on CBS AUSTIN, is ridiculous. You are NOT open on Christmas day, NO car lot is open on Christmas day. The only one who would go to a person's house to jump their car battery is none other than a relative, NOT a vehicle salesperson. It would be hard to get a relative on Christmas day to jump a dead battery unless dinner was over and they were already at the residence. The woman speaking in this commercial is a lunatic with a silly smile. Get rid of this commercial. It makes you look ignorant.

In addition to the regular lousy service, there is NO visit from a salesperson on Christmas day to jump your battery. I asked the young lady who answered my call.

Car service is never fun or at a convenient time. Especially when it comes to a repair or a recall. But with Robin being my service adviser she has been PHENOMENAL! She has made the entire experience so easy and pleasant. She completely and fully embodies the definition of Sewell customer service. I have never been treated so kind and with such dignity and respect when having a vehicle serviced ever.
