  Brandon my technician: was super Kool, very patient and very eager to start the installation. Brandon explained the process completely. In record time he finished the installment and the results were fantastic! Brandon also informed me about the windshield coverage. Brandon did a, "Texas Size Job", in every way!!!   I received a windshield replacement from top-tier professionals with outstanding customer service at this Safelite location. They ordered a sun strip to replace my original one during my appointment, and installed it the next day when it came in — free of charge. Highly recommend giving this location your business!

  I have had the privilege of working with these highly professional and experienced technician on several occasions. Both in the shop and mobile service. This last time was mobile and William and a second technician arrived on time and were done in approximately 45 minutes. Once done I was advised by William of all he had done. Further he explained the time limit and how long the tape should remain and how long I should wait before going to be car wash. Excellence in service and quality. Thomas A Ravizza US ARMY RETIRED

  Safelite Customer support was the best experience that I’ve had so far. While my insurance was a pain to deal with and it took too long to discover that it would be more affordable for me to pay without it, Safelite was amazing. I chatted with an agent by the name Beth who was so patient in helping me with the quote, in analyzing the deductible and offered me exactly what I wanted. And, when I got to the store to get the service done, the person behind the counter was such a delight. I a had a discrepancy in the email that I received and the amount to be debited vs the amount that I had been quoted and she was wonderful to adjust it for me. The service took a bit longer (I wish it had been closer to the 1 hour instead of the 2) the customer service that I received was extraordinary.

  I called and made a same day appointment to this N. IH 35 location, close to my home in Pflugerville. After arriving, Will (their technician) came out to greet me and looked at my windshield. He assured me that would fix both knicks that were close together on our new 2026 vehicle. Everyone I met was very professional and helpful. I will definitely refer this location to anyone needing top flight service on their glass issues.
