  My friend just came from there ...had rear shocks replaced for 381 bucks ...thats in September....comes back like 2 months later and they most likely forgot who he was ...he asks them to check the car because its bottoming and they tell him that its the rear shocks....remember...same rear shocks they replaced 2 months ago for 381 ...so they advise him to get higher quality ones which will cost 700 bucks..this is parts and labor....but manager says because they put defective shocks or whatever his excuse was that he will give a special ...half price on the 700 bucks to fix a problem they caused ...meaning the original 381 bucks for the defective repair goes to thier pocket and they add an extra 300 bucks and change to replace the defective "new" shocks they replaced 2 months ago...my friend told me that he just stared at the managers eyes and could not believe that someone could simply rip you off with no emotion just cold hearted look at your eyes and tell you that they have no other choice....I mean how does someone do such a thing and think they are getting ahead ?????...my friend just stared at him like .."wow"....you just sold me defective parts ,put those defective parts in his car then when they come back to complain about it ,you tell them its the defective parts but they need to buy higher more expensive parts that will double the original price but because they messed up they will give a discount ...my friend went there thinking well this looks like an honest place and thinking the best ...but ...why are people this way?...why rip someone off?...someone that went there just to get simple parts fixed ??...but you just give it to God ....sucks men!...feel for him men!

  It’s rare to find a team that’s this knowledgeable and customer-focused. Huge thanks to Daniel, Claudio, and Carlos for the excellent service—I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others! (HOPEFULLY I don’t have to come back too soon tho haha)

  I would really really recommend this place. From the service in the front , to the quality of work in the back. Claudio is always eager to help and has a great attitude. He will make sure to explain everything up front, and find all the available discounts at the end to save you a little money. This is the only shop I don’t mind waiting in! It’s a peaceful environment. Ryan and Lonnie are also super knowledgeable and helpful on the mechanical side of things. I will Only come to this shop from now on.

  I had a flat tire on a Sunday because of a nail, and they helped me out when most shops were closed. The service took 30 mins waiting in line and 1 hour for repair. Finally, they fixed the leak and got me back on the road safely. The repair cost $30, which felt a little bit high, but I really appreciated that they were open and available on a Sunday.

  Arrived with an appointment for Oil Change and alignment. Was communicated 90 minutes to do both. However they didn't even start on the alignment until after 90 minutes of waiting. Probably would've taken longer if the manager hadn't come in and put them to work. The staff's general attitude towards doing work seemed very poor. Overall I was in the shop for 3 hours for oil change + rotation, with an appointment on a Wednesday afternoon when there were only 2 other customers in the shop at the time. Separately, the cost of the alignment is ludicrous. Charging $180 for a regular Toyota sedan's alignment is not acceptable. It I unlikely that I will be visiting this NTB again.
