  It’s been a while but,I never did anything about this because I worked two jobs and I trusted the technicians and the establishment. I have a 2015 Honda civic. I arrived this particular day. I was one of the first customers there. Only to be passed up repeatedly once the car went to the back. While waited the kids that worked there were white and Hispanic. The technician kept coming from the back talking to girl at the register and a couple of times peaking his head out and laughing. Like my car,me waiting and what he was about to do was funny. I had to get upset with the girl at the register. My car finally after waiting while being passed up repeatedly. I payed and went home. At the time I did DoorDash and favor and I worked a restaurant job. Well, I got gas from the gas station on the corner of William cannon and Brodie. As I’m leaving all the lights in my car started flickering and the car stalled in the driveway of the gas station. I towed the car to Honda. Only to have Honda tell me that whoever worked on the car before them purposely did not the drainage bolt at the bottom of the oil pan and that the engine seized and that they would try to salvage what they could. It came out to be aprox $2800 for me to fix. I can’t remember if I told the story after it happened cause I usually just fix what these ppl damage. I don’t want to say it’s a matter of the color of my skin or orientation, is the reason why this happened but,🤷‍♂️!!! I’m sure if they check their records they will find my name in the back logs.Sad I tell ya!!

  Prior to bringing in my vehicle, I had to have my car jump started. The roadside assistance company called NTB prior to me coming in to ask them whether they could install a battery that I had already purchased, and the cost for the installation. The NTB representative confirmed they could do this and quoted a price. I traveled to the NTB location, and upon my arrival, the NTB representative refused to provide any service or installation. He said something about a warranty and they didn't want to be responsible. I know for a fact that I acquired a warranty when I purchased the battery. The warranty comes from the battery manufacturer, not NTB or whoever installs it. This NTB representative was very rude and refused me service. They missed an opportunity here because NTB provides services other than batteries, and I might have considered them in the future, but not after being treated so rudely. There's competition out there NTB, please try to be more respectful of your customer's and their time.

  The entire staff were friendly, courteous and accommodating. I called a few days earlier to asked the cost of a four wheel alignment. I made an appointment for an alignment online. The staff followed up with a call to confirm my appointment. When I arrived I was welcomed by staff as soon as I opened the door. My appointment was on time. Claudio checked me in and asked if I was going to wait. He said he would let me know am approximate time as soon as he talked to the technician. Claudio intermittently went around to each customer to update them inthe status of their vehicles. This was over and beyond most car repairs shops where you have to pry information to figure out when the work might be completed. Top notch staff and top notch service makes this my number one choice for suspension needs and tires.

  Really great experience here, Claudio was so sweet and helpful. I came in with my mom who has advanced Alzheimer’s and he quickly realized the situation and worked hard to get us in and out as quickly and easily as possible, and this really means a lot to me!!! they also have a nice calm and peaceful, waiting room, which I really appreciate. On top of that, it was only $30 to fix my tire which is amazing! I was worried I was gonna have to get a whole new one. Great job guys!

  I helped my friend out and ended up talking with someone who referred me from the Round Rock location, to this location. Tuesday I missed my appointment and my parts were late shipping. Wednesday, at 11:30, I have overheard the head mechanic in the main lobby tell the person that referred me here, “if she wanted her car done today, she would have had it here at 8 am.” When I told them I would prefer to come back another day, they offered to work on my car simultaneously with another car. I was already ordering special parts, I did not want that. I came back at Friday at 8:00 am, and asked the mechanic if I was early enough this time. He responded “I was actually one minute late.” I had to call for an update 8 hours later, found out there was a problem with my car, and they kept it through Saturday (today). I was called at 4:35 to be told my work was done and the total. I verified that I could pick it up at 5:30. I was told yes, and that I would be seen later today. They were closed. I strongly recommend a different NTB, perhaps the one in Round Rock. They fixed my flat after close.
