  If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in just trying to exist like a normal human being, fully covered from wrist to ankle — and THIS man who was bragging to me about being the owner starts hitting on me like it’s his life’s mission. I ignored it, but instead of taking the hint like a grown adult with a functioning brain stem, he doubled down. Like sir??? Are you trying to speedrun a harassment lawsuit? Then another girl walks in and he IMMEDIATELY pivots to her like some dollar store Romeo with the emotional depth of a kiddie pool. She literally says she’s a MINOR (16) and this creep has the audacity to say, “ It’s never too soon to learn.” Excuse me???? LEARN WHAT? HOW TO CALL THE POLICE???

  I’m a visiting member from the Volente location. When another friend’s boat plans fell through due to mechanical issues, I dropped in here on short notice. They quickly got me and my friends out on the water and completely saved the day for us. Big shoutout to Macy, who always pulls through!

  We have been members of Nautical Westlake for over two years and we are so glad we joined! There is a nice selection of boats, we almost always are able to book on the dates we want and the crew and service are outstanding. Susan, Macy and Justin always go above and beyond.

  I have lived in Austin most of my life, growing up around Lake Austin. I have owned multiple boats over the years and nothing made me happier than the day I sold my Mastercraft and joined the boat club. No more repairs or searching for an available boat dock on Lake Austin (good luck finding one under $700 a month). Bryan and Alex manage the location and are top notch. They are very responsive and make sure the customer stays happy. Love this place!
