- KKKeith KuchlerOct 22, 20251.0AVOID any Metropolis garages in the city. They fail to post anywhere in the app or in the physical garage that they decided on a whim to apply special pricing which is a rip off.
- TDThomas DoyleSep 12, 20251.0If I could leave negative 100 stars review I would. I don’t know who owns this garage but it should be investigated. They have an app that doesn’t work on a cell phone that you are expected to use. If you’re unable to pay and leave, the next morning you get a text message stating that you now owe $20 extra. If you notify them that you will pay what you owe now but not the extra $20 since their app doesn’t work, they will argue with you trying to get more $ out if you. We finally paid $4 more just to get rid of them. We honestly didn’t think we’d ever use them again but stayed in a hotel near there that used them. I paid thru the hotel but when I checked out they started sending harassment texts saying we owed money the hotel didn’t collect. I paid on my laptop. The next day they threatening to charge $58 in late fees. Again I called and spoke with a rude woman who verified I owed them nothing. Every time I call the representatives are uncouth with thick accents and difficult to understand. They don’t hire Americans. The scary thing is when you submit your payment it says you agree to our terms in the future and that they are going to keep your credit information. I called and asked what the terms were and the rep. assured me they won’t use your card if you don’t go there again. Beware!!
