  There’s no elevator access on weekends. Was automatically routed upwards so the first level was up 4 switchbacks of stairs! How do you manage with a stroller?!? Extremely dangerous.

  AVOID any Metropolis garages in the city. They fail to post anywhere in the app or in the physical garage that they decided on a whim to apply special pricing which is a rip off.

  If I could leave negative 100 stars review I would. I don’t know who owns this garage but it should be investigated. They have an app that doesn’t work on a cell phone that you are expected to use. If you’re unable to pay and leave, the next morning you get a text message stating that you now owe $20 extra. If you notify them that you will pay what you owe now but not the extra $20 since their app doesn’t work, they will argue with you trying to get more $ out if you. We finally paid $4 more just to get rid of them. We honestly didn’t think we’d ever use them again but stayed in a hotel near there that used them. I paid thru the hotel but when I checked out they started sending harassment texts saying we owed money the hotel didn’t collect. I paid on my laptop. The next day they threatening to charge $58 in late fees. Again I called and spoke with a rude woman who verified I owed them nothing. Every time I call the representatives are uncouth with thick accents and difficult to understand. They don’t hire Americans. The scary thing is when you submit your payment it says you agree to our terms in the future and that they are going to keep your credit information. I called and asked what the terms were and the rep. assured me they won’t use your card if you don’t go there again. Beware!!

  I did not park I was there briefly to figure out where I was and where I wanted to go. I am not from Austin. There is no gate and place to pay. I was sent a bill for $14 dollars and $70.25 for violations. This is scam that needs investigations.

  Do not park here. I parked in their scan to pay garage in Austin and scanned to start my time. When I drove out, my account was charged for my stay. A month later, I receive a violation and a fine for unpaid parking. I provide them the email receipt from their company and the bank draft as proof of payment. They denied my rebuttal. I have rebutted again with the same proof. I don’t think they even looked at it the first time. If they deny me again, I will turn them in to my bank fraud department and let their lawyers deal with them. Do not park in their facilities.
