I dropped my vehicle off in functional condition, they tell me 20 min later the "oil cap broke" neglecting to take responsibility for the fact they had broken the part themselves, they initially tried to charge me 40 dollars on top of the oil change.. this added over 2 hours to the original quoted hour to an hour and a half which caused me to miss business meetings. When speaking to the manager and the owner about a fair middle ground they both denied, made excuses and did not take responsibility for breaking the part or the additional time that was taken from my day. Very poor customer service. I simply told them I dont care about yhe money, just do the right thing. I hope others read this and choose elsewhere.
