The reason I chose this Dave's location is because they can provide rides to and from your home, if you live within FIVE miles of their shop. I've done business with another closer Dave's, but they could not guarantee rides to and from home. (My friends work during the day or live a good distance from me.) I figured my car would be in the shop more than one day. When my car was ready, the problem with the oil leak and windshield wiper issues were fixed very well. My extended warranty coverage didn't cover certain parts, but I appreciate the fact that Cody did his best to work with my plan. The customer service here is terrific, and the staff is kind and knowledgeable. Their own work warranty is great too. So far, so good. Give them a try. They'll treat you and your car right.

- PBPisce BarbHerSep 12, 20251.0My car was towed to this shop in November 2024. They replaced two(2&3) of my spark plugs and two ignition coils. Cost was over $500. 3 months later my car back in the shop at a different Dave’s automotive in Pflugerville. The bolts wasn’t tightened after installing my spark plugs and coils causing my car to misfire. So they fix that. 6 months later my car is back in the shop. One of the coils they replaced (#2) is bad. It hasn’t even been a year. I had to pay to get it fixed AGAIN. I will NEVER recommend Dave’s auto service to anyone!
