If I could rate a 0 I would. The pick up was quick but had to wait over 30 minutes to get picked up. I will never use this company ever again.

TSA at this airport feels quick to the slow. The CLEAR+ line actually moved more slowly than the general screening line.
Looking back at reviews from the past 6–12 months, it seems this has been a consistent issue. Makes you wonder how much effort the Airport Operations Team is really putting in to resolve this during construction.

Overall, smooth and easy to navigate, well up kept, check in was fast during a busy time, gate agents are friendly. The issue are specifically a particular tsa agent at the security checkpoint and the checkpoint itself.
The checkpoint line took about 30 minutes, and had it been fully staffed and open, I would be okay, but they had security check lanes closed while the team was actively pausing screening to let the line for the detectors go down, meanwhile there were tsa agents literally just standing at the closed lane in the correct spots to run it (based on looking at the other lanes). If the line is slow but everything is open and everyone is working, no issue, that's life, but if the line is slow and backing up while lanes are closed and agents are visible standing around doing nothing, that's a problem. Even if they were waiting for someone/something, the agents standing around could have at least been helping the other lanes.
The individual agent is one who checked my bag in line. He took my body lotion, which I acknowledge was too large, but it is the smallest bottle of body lotion Ive seen, and a size I've traveled with often and not had an issue. I asked why that one and not my face wash which was a bigger bottle (and I admit I was frustrated because it was a new bottle, and one id intentionally packed BECAUSE I'd been able to previously travel with it) To which he responded "there's not much left but I can throw that away too if you want, do you want me to throw it away?" and proceeds to reopen the bag and throw the face wash away too. I just wanted to know if it was because of the bottle size or the amount of liquid in the bottle, since this being a new bottle and full is the only reason I could think it would be thrown away this time and not the others, but he decided to have his little power trip because I asked a question. I obviously did not want it thrown away, I packed it for a reason, but asking like that is demanding you either leave it unchallenged as a rhetorical or tell him no and risk getting pulled aside by tsa and missing a flight for being combative or something. And it's not cheap lotion/face wash but it's cheaper than a new flight and he knows that so he gets to sit smug in his attitude and treatment of people.

If you are flying Frontier or Allegiant get ready for a horrible experience. You will not be enjoying the very nice main terminal. Instead you will have to wait outside for a shuttle to take a 35 minute to a wearhouse looking structure called The South Terminal. It is small and limited to offer anything. There is a place to buy snacks and drinks. To board your plane you have to walk to your plane up a ramp. This is one of the worst experience I have had. If you fly to Austin on these airlines you have to do all of this in reverse. If you have an S next to your gate number on your boarding pass get ready to be pissed off, angered, and frustrated.

Tried to pre-book parking for a trip and was unable to do so. I had to find out through the depths of internet that they don't take reservations during certain times in the summer??? Their website didn't offer that explanation. Not being able to book parking for a trip is ridiculous - it's 2025!!! And unlike pre-booking at other (REAL) international airports, there was no discount offered for pre-booking. Parking here was highway robbery.
