I was shocked.. so we look at the receipt and I see that they have charged her for an air filter as well.. shocked again.. I had changed that filter not even 2 weeks before. Further inspection of the receipt I notice they have charged what seemed to be outrageously high for this filter. She tells me it's partly due to them having it delivered from AutoZone.. hmm.. we r in luck. Cause I also bought mine from AutoZone.. they charged her 3 times what the filter cost plus $5.. it took me about 4 minutes to change that filter..so I'm livid at this point. I call autozone and ask them how much they charge to deliver to jiffy lube.. and I managed to find out that they don't charge to deliver..now I'm to the point where I feel like they have taken advantage of my wife and straight out stole money from her.

He was super helpful in detailing cost efficient work on my car. With all of us struggling out here, I really appreciated his honesty. He told me what I could make due with for the time being, and what I absolutely needed to take care of on my car ASAP. The whole staff was awesome, courteous, and respectful. Transparent people in the auto industry as a female customer is very difficult to come by, so it is greatly appreciated. Thanks Sean!
