- SLSabrina LunaDec 27, 20252.0Friendly service BUT a simple oil change turned into 3 trips to get it right. First trip, got the oil change done and my car started leaking everywhere. Brought it back (2nd trip) and the dude acknowledged that they were aware and retraining some staff. I wasn't the first car to return that week. They refilled my oil and sealed it properly. No charge and I was on my way. Tried to get my oil changed at another place and they couldn't do it because the oil drain plug was stripped. Recommended I take it back to the place that originally did it. So this trip back here, I explain my experience, they get to work trying to get the drain plug off, while asking if I want to pay for them to top off fluids. I get that you have to run through normal protocol but, at the least you couldn't top off my fluid for free after how many times I had to come back? I spent more than that in gas. They did end up giving me $10 off the oil change and replaced the drain plug. I don't feel like we are square though after how big of an inconvenience this was for me. Again, friendly service, hoping my car is all straight now.

I told them to stop that I wanted an oil change only, nothing more. After they could see that I was getting irritated, they apologized and finished up the oil change. I then had to ask if they were going to reset my vehicle. Guess if I hadn't done that, my vehicle would still think it needed to be serviced. The service was over priced. I can get my vehicle serviced through the dealership cheaper and get a free car wash. This was my first and last time to use them.
