We just purchased a used Tundra, and Bradley made the entire experience smooth, honest, and stress-free from start to finish. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy—answering every question and making sure we felt confident in our choice.
Bradley went above and beyond to make sure we got the right truck at the right price. His professionalism and friendly attitude made us feel taken care of the whole time.
If you’re looking to buy a vehicle, we highly recommend asking for Bradley. We couldn’t be happier with our Tundra or the service we received!

First of all, I’m extremely disappointed that I wasted my entire night trying to buy a used Prius at this dealership. I was quoted a specific interest rate that I agreed to, but when it came time to sign the paperwork, the rate had been raised by 4% without anyone telling me. I almost signed it—luckily my wife and I caught it at the last second.
On top of that, the person handling the financing kept us waiting far longer than necessary. 2 hrs we waited to fill out the paper work for the financing. He spent roughly at least 1hrs talking with two coworkers while we sat there, which felt like they were trying to wear us down so we wouldn’t pay attention to what we were signing. I can’t say for sure if that was the intention, but the whole situation felt shady.
Because of this experience, we completely lost trust in this dealership. We will never do business here again.
This is my first negative review, but this dealership really did us wrong. I called ahead to ask if they still had a 2025 Camry listed on their website. The salesman told me yes, they still had it. After driving an hour and a half to the dealership, he told me he had sold it earlier that same morning.
He then said he could get a 2026 model with the same specs that would arrive in about two weeks. At first, he entered the wrong color, but eventually fixed it after I kept telling pointing it out and telling him. Two weeks later, when we called to check on the car, they said there was a delay. We ended up waiting almost a month with no clear updates. When we finally went back to get our $1,000 deposit refunded, no one came to help us for nearly two hours. Then we were told we couldn’t get the refund while the salesman was on vacation for his baby.
Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially if you’re planning to buy a brand-new car with cash.

I had an amazing experience working with Jerome! From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and truly listened to what I was looking for. He never tried to pressure me into anything — instead, he helped me find the perfect car that fit my needs and budget.
Jerome was patient and knowledgeable, answering every question I had and walking me through each step of the process. He made what’s usually a stressful experience smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciated his honesty and the way he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
If you’re looking to buy a car, I highly recommend asking for Jerome — you’ll be in great hands!
My family and I visited about a month ago to purchase a new RAV4 and worked with Jerome Harper. At first, he was friendly and knowledgeable, and the test drives went smoothly. Unfortunately, negotiations weren’t so pleasant.
We came prepared with multiple quotes from other Toyota dealerships, one offering $38k OTD for the same 2025 RAV4 XLE (3-year warranty) in Houston. Despite this, we were told the best they could offer here was $40k OTD for a gas-only XLE with a 3-year warranty. They were unwilling to negotiate further, and the entire process felt dismissive and one-sided.
The car was actually intended for me, and my parents were visiting from Austin when we decided to stop by this Toyota dealership specifically because of its strong reviews. However, as a younger college student with parents who are immigrants and not fully fluent in English, the interaction quickly became uncomfortable. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt underestimated and judged, as if our age and language barrier made us easier to dismiss.
That impression was confirmed when, as we were leaving, a colleague said, “Sorry you couldn’t reach a deal,” and Jerome replied, “No, I’m sorry they can’t afford it.”
This comment was condescending, unprofessional, and completely uncalled for.
Ironically, affordability was never the issue. We went on to purchase a 2025 RAV4 XLE Premium with a 5-year warranty for $40k OTD from an Austin dealership, where the treatment was respectful and straightforward. We have already paid off $30k of the car within the first month, so assumptions about finances were both inaccurate and insulting.
Even more surprising, I’ve continued receiving messages from Jerome offering to negotiate “now,” after refusing to do so when we were physically there. Unfortunately, that opportunity has long passed.
I hope management reads this and takes it seriously. Every customer regardless of age, language, or background deserves respect, professionalism, and fairness. I will never be doing business with this Toyota dealership ever again.
