Most dishonest salesmen in the used car section. I was at this dealership 6 months ago to look at a used car with my mother. Asked if they still had it, was told yes and then was put in one of their glass offices for over an hour. At which time, we still hadn’t seen the car so we got up to leave. That’s when we were informed they no longer had the car! And they were looking for something else that she might be interested in. I went with my husband last night to look at a truck he was interested in that he found online. When we arrived I didn’t recognize the dealership until they stuck us in one of those glass fish bowl offices again. Again we were lied to! He told us he was going to bring the truck around. After about 10-15 minutes of waiting I got up and went to the car because of my prior experience there. My husband decided to give them a few more minutes even after I told him of my prior experience. And lo and behold here he comes 5 minutes later not very happy. The salesman finally told him the truck sold earlier that day after waiting around for 20 minutes. He was trying to find him another truck he may be interested in. LMAO The only good thing to come from our experience last night was wife was right again! This dealership is full of liars.

Ive bought multiple new cars from this location including family members. This was my go to dealership. 2 years ago I was in the market for a new vehicle so I called Don davis and I explained what year style and color I was looking for. They told me they had it in stock. When I arrived 30min later they tried to sell me a last year's model, wrong color and was told that that's all they had and I pretty much had to buy it so I left. Now im in the market for a new vehicle for my wife so we gave them a chance again. Same BS from the sales manager did not have the color I asked about when I got there and was being forced to buy a black vehicle when I was looking for a white color one.they told me that they found the color I was looking for at another dealership. After they noticed I wasn't falling for their BS numbers I was told that the vehicle was sold to someone else and basically walked out of the dealership.Later I was contacted by the sales manager and was told that I was getting a fair deal even tho they were trying to up price the vehicle by $15,000. If I had bad credit I would understand but I don't and this is not my first vehicle purchase. Needless to say I will be going back to the dealership that sold me my other car and I will never do business with don davis again.

I recently visited this service department for an oil change and a tire rotation. My service advisor Chris was very friendly and courteous. He kept me informed and I felt like I could trust that my vehicle was in good hands. Chris even offered me a car wash after my oil change and tire rotation, free of charge. My vehicle was much cleaner after leaving here. I was not expecting that level of attention, but I really appreciate it. The amenities such as the soda fountain was also awesome. I will definitely return for the repair work that was recommended.

I visited this location on 12/30;however I left without a vehicle because I was not going to be tricked, cheated or swindle. This is why I came to read the reviews. Things changed when I was presented with the number. They added a package plan that cost over $3,00 It was to replace a missing key fob, windshield replacement. Also chips and dents that had to be smaller than 4 to 6 inches. I ask for it to be removed, I do not need it. I was told it could not be removed but then they took off $500. If the plan is used, the owner will have to pay a $100 deductible. I ask, do people really pay for this? Why pay $3,000 for this and then turn have to pay a $100 deductible. This what I was always to, "If you stand for nothing, you'll fall for anything"
I would like to add that the salesperson was respectful and understanding. For those looking to by a vehicle, remember the salesperson is not the bad guy it the ones in the back hiding in there offices running bogus number to see if you going to fall for it. #cashcar
