- CLChristian LongfordJan 2, 20265.0While I have had issues since Clay Cooley group took over Don Davis and have purchased 3 vehicles from Don Davis before I will say the customer service is far above Don Davis but I also have had the luxury of my account being given to a guy named Bryant the last 3-4 visits over 18 months……if you do take your care in for warranty or general service ask for Bryant to be your rep! He stays in contact, shares updates so I don’t have to call and harass them for updates, I could go on and on about his commitment to making my issues correct but so for him and see what happens! Thank you Clay Cooley group for having the right people representing your brand and take over of DFW because some of the reviews I agree with but my service ticket look it up and make sure this employee is recognized. Told her I would be there Friday to check out the vehicle AFTER WORK confirmed them that I would be there after work all day I was getting phone calls to make sure I was going to show up..so I get there some salesmen asked me who am I here for told them said she's left for the day actully an hr ago...mind you she called and texted me 30 min prior to me Arriving from Mansfield I drove 45 min in Friday traffic trying to make it only to be told the vehicle was sold!!!! Was a complete WASTE OF MY TIME RUSHED OFF TO DROP THE KIDS OFF AND RACING JUST FOR THAT DAMN SALES MEN TO SALE THE CAR I WANTED BUT KEPT TEXTING ME TO SEE IF I WAS GOING TO SHOW UP. DONT GET WHY SHE WOULD KEEP CALLING AND TEXTING ME ON MY ETA WHEN SHE ALREADY SOLD THE VEHICLE I WANTED...WASTE OF A Fing TIME!!! WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS AND SCAMMERS.... worst part of this I actually put in the finance application even took a credit hit because of these Jerks all to be told they sold the vehicle..AVOID THIS PLACE
