Our son in Tucson has a camper and the refrigerator/freezer was malfunctioning so my husband and I walked over to Camping World to ask about possible causes and were blown away by the cheeriness and helpfulness of the staff. We are particularly grateful & impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of Craig Stavenhagen at the Repair desk. This is just a gem of a facility and staff!

They called me twice to verify my appointment they had set up for me but when I got there they didn't even know what I was there to see. Their disorganized and because of their lack of communication I left. I had everything ready online and the salesman said I don't have any idea about that, this is the first time I'm meeting with you. If I could give this place a 0 star I would.
