If I could leave no star I would. I found an RV online, got a hold of a person named Michael Garcia who allegedly had it all set up and ready for me to go. All they did was lie and hide things under the carpet. Literally felt like a scam. Nobody had answers. Nobody knew what to do. Then Michael Garcia just so happened to be off the day I was scheduled to go in. Mark Ericson then took over and was no better help. They ran my credit application 9 times!!! Yet they were still expecting a down payment from me. Thank goodness I did not allow them to do my down payment because I would have never gotten it back. Terrible people, liars. Don’t trust them here. You’re better off at the one in new braunfels. Terrible experience at the one in Alvarado. They got some folks they got to get rid of.

Website not mobile friendly . Actually the website is useless for any mobile user , which eliminates 80% of their customers. Seriously, who is the CIO ? There’s no intelligence there ! Know your market and know how to sell .

I came in and purchased an RV from them and that portion of it wasn’t so bad. It was a used Fifth wheel so we Anticipated a few minor problems like missing interior furniture, signs that it had been in a minor collision stuff like that and thus far what we have gotten is a nightmare, and not from the RV, but from the service department upon further inspecting the roof of my RV, I found out that the cable fittings that are supposed to seal the cables onto the housing to keep water from getting into the interior of your roof had simply been caulked in and not properly secured lo and behold. We ended up with a solar panel failure, as well as one of our tanks leaking we thought to ourselves no big deal. It’s covered under warranty so we took the RV in for maintenance. We were told it would take approximately a month. About a month into it I began to call up there and ask for updates only to find out nothing had been done at all. No parts ordered nothing installed and then come to find out that they don’t pay for shipping when it comes to parts which might’ve been good information to have before We started this process. We just got the RV back nearly 2 months later. after finding out that the individual that was handling our RV had been fired I decided to say OK it might just have been one person So I go up and I inspect the RV and admittedly, I miss a couple of loose screws one of them missing entirely from the body panel Not a major issue, but it does show signs that they were not taking their time and doing A thorough job everything looked OK so I get it home and I start hooking up And come to find out that they cut into the bottom thermal covering for the RV To access the black tank release valve, which was supposed to be the one that was leaking more on that Later and did not seal it back up. Did not do anything with it. The new handle that they put on was not secure in any former fashion. I’m surprised that it’s stayed where it was on the way home for some reason our rear window seal has come undone and fallen out. Not sure if that’s related or not it very well could simply be circumstantial But lo and behold there is still a leak now anybody that has been on the road with an RV for any period of time knows that that is not acceptable and could land you with some serious fines. Had I not had a secondary coupling on the end of my outlet hose that had a built-in valve I could’ve gotten in some serious trouble. So in short, although purchasing an RV with them was pretty painless. Their service department has been severely lacking and I will not trust my RV with them again. If you do take your RV up there, take your time be an anal about everything and do full inspections before and After. I still have not done a full front to back inspection simply because of how upset I am these are people you’re supposed to be able to trust with your home or at the very least your RV/trailer and thus far they have proven to me that they are not trustworthy so be careful.
