From the initial visit to the install, the staff explained all of the options and were extremely helpful. They were training a new team member and she was eager to learn and very helpful. I will be bringing my truck up there to get it done as well. They were on time with our install on a busy Friday Friday afternoon. Tint looks awesome!

The owner explained their offerings in a way I could understand, was personable yet professional. She talked with me as if we were neighbors, and that's how I felt. On arrival, Hunter did a great job showing me the benefits of each product, including a heat demonstration where you can actually feel the difference. Then I knew exactly what I needed to ensure my daughter's brand new infant baby didn't cook in this horrid Texas sun. This is an OLD car, yet plenty of life left in her, but it had no protection to start. I was getting the whole thing done, including windshield and moonroof. I was surprised with the reasonable price, and there's a lifetime warranty! That was important, considering my son-in-law is in the USAF and subject to moving any time to anywhere. Upon arrival at my appointment, they took me right in. During the process, they consulted with me a couple of times to talk about nuances with my vehicle. For example, the 3rd row window template called for 2 small notches to be cut out for wiring. Upon application, the tech wasn't happy that it didn't meet his standard because my car actually didn't need that for wiring, so he took it off and did it over so that no area was left uncovered, no matter how small. He wanted to ensure it looked professional, and it did, thanks to his adjustment. Had this been someone new or a facility with less experience, I believe that issue would've gone unmentioned and sent me on my way. Despite the national presence, Tint World Abilene isn't just spouting corporate blah-blah. This is a passion for them and you can see they genuinely care that you get the most professional job and you're happy with it. This is more of a family operation, and that's how they treat you. After they pulled my finished car around, and I was wow'd beyond expectations, we all got a chuckle when another potential customer at the counter was trying to determine what he should get for his car. He turned around, saw mine, pointed and said with enthusiasm, "Yes, yes, that's it. That's what I need!" Superior product (hence personalized service and lifetime warranty) and wonderful people. Does it get any better than that?
