  I have the best experience purchasing a car at Jones dealership in Tennessee. Savannah Mr Keith is a sales person that got me taken care of and I just want to say thank you. It is the best experience I ever have purchasing a car. The process was easy and smooth he’s well knowledgeable, and inform I am very pleased with the car I have purchased he have informed me about the car interior & exterior ect.   Definitely recommend Jones Ford. Made a purchase completely online and took delivery of my new truck the same week I closed my deal. I was an out of state buyer and I even did a trade with them. They have an excellent delivery service. My experience with Jones Ford was a great one. Everyone that helped me on my deal was amazing and transparent. Huge shout out to John the sells rep, Mallory the finance manager, Jose the sales manager and delivery driver Mr. Ray White. You guys made my online car buying experience a great one and I want to say thank you. Y'all have a Merry Christmas!

  This is my second vehicle from Jones Ford. I still own my first one which is a 2018 F350. It came with a 20 year 200K mile powertrain warranty. I had to use it one time. They paid for the repairs no questions asked. Just purchased a 2025 Ford Expedition from Amelia. They now offer a lifetime powertrain warranty. Amelia worked extremely hard to get the best deal possible. I am not an easy customer but she never missed a beat. I told her what I wanted she found it and had it on my driveway in less than a week. I am five hundred miles away! I called all my local dealerships and told them what Jones Ford offered to sell us the vehicle for and they said well guess you better buy it from them then. Did just that. Thank you Amelia I will be ready for my next truck in 2028. Going to be looking at getting a F450 power stroke. You better believe it will be coming from Jones Ford! Doesn’t get any easier than buying from your living room and delivered to your front door. Combined with the best prices. Why would anyone buy a vehicle anywhere else ?!

  I purchased a used Subaru Legacy on 02 Dec 2025 from Jones Ford, and first let me say that my salesman, Jamie Grant, and the rest of the staff I encountered were courteous, professional, and made for a pleasurable experience. My rating is based on the vehicle condition and lack of general maintenance or diagnostics from Jones service. Sure, I understand the "As Is" condition of a used car. When I test drove the vehicle all the driving, safety features, ex: lane departure, eyesight, driver seatbelt, and airbag system, had warning lights on the instrument cluster. I mistakenly took this to mean that those features had been turned off, and the airbag warning is really a SRS check, which would light because of the others. What I found out is that they were being shut down because of a low voltage battery, and the seatbelt had been disconnected- easy check in service. A few days after purchase, I took it to get new tires (my choice), and I found out that the driver's side wheel hub is bad- easy to identify with a loose movement in the wheel. What confidence can I have that anyone actually inspected this car when things that should have been caught were not addressed prior to sale? It will be checked by my local Subaru dealer on 14 Dec, and I believe more failures to inspect it will be found. I understand that I could have done better at identifying a couple of these problems prior to purchase; but I did not a mechanic with me nor did I put the car on a lift. I'm just a Subaru enthusiast who drove 2 1/2 hours one afternoon to buy a car. Also, I reached out to the dealership to let them know what I found and have heard nothing back except that it would be discussed. Usually, I choose to purchase used cars from dealerships with the confidence that a vehicle will be inspected as part of a possible trade-in or prior to taking the risk of listing it for sale. I would advise anyone that Jones Ford cannot be given this confidence.
