  Once you pull in here, with no chance to turn around and no signage, your license plate is read and you are locked into almost $60 for a 12-hour stay. Metropolis.io is already a scourge on this city, and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with them, trying to park for an hour so I could buy brunch. Either put up some signage or allow people to back away when they see how atrocious the pricing structure is. I genuinely don’t know how you can treat the people of this city (even if most of your clients are tourists, tourists do still deserve basic decency) and not consider yourself a parasite. That Nashville leadership took whatever VC blood money funds Metropolis and never interrogated if this would be good for the city is a black mark on them, on us, and on everybody involved. A notch on a list of nightmarish experiences with this company that chips away at the city I call home.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. They charged me $57 for 50 MINUTES OF PARKING! Which comes out to $1 PER MINUTE! Absolutely insane and I DO NOT recommend parking here

  $172.89 for a one-night stay. It advertises $57.63 but we entered and exited three times (to go shopping and then to a concert before checking out). There were no signs that exiting even after 30 minutes would result in a charge. After parking, the link never mentioned it. I called Metropolis and they were “only able” to refund one charge because it’s “against their policy.” This garage is a scam. Avoid Metropolis garages.
