There is no check out when you leave. It is like a parking meter, put in the time to cover your stay, can add time through the app/website, but no refunds if you leave before the preselected time or options for shorter stays (like two or six hours). No problems using the site.

They left us a super vague parking ticket that I didn't even find until days later for a mere $65. I disputed the ticket, and they acted all brand-new about it. Luckily they voided the parking ticket, but they were not happy with my select choice of words when I disputed the ticket. (Naturally, I was not happy since I know we paid for parking) They threatened me if I use select words again in the future, as if I would ever consider parking with them again. Do yourself a HUGE favor and DO NOT PARK HERE. They are just scamming people to get more money.
