- AVAlec ValentineNov 30, 20241.0Iv have lived at 5th and Broadway (the downtown area) for 3 years and the bane of the city is Metropolis. Iv been booted 4 times while paying my parking bill in the small time iv lived here. the last straw for me was when I recently moved and went to cancel my metro parking. I was told I would be charged my 185$ for a months worth of parking (which I wont be using) and further more when I signed my lease I was never once told I needed to give the parking complex a 30 day notice. metro abuses the city and does not care about anything other than money. I have never seen such a high priced service be cared for so little. nothing would make me happier than seeing a company like Metropolis Parking to go bankrupt, as they do not care for their clients... if anyone is needing help from them, good luck ever getting a human on customer service line. (ill be posting this on every metro Parking review i can get my hands on) Alec Valentine
