- MFMegan FakihMay 21, 20251.0I’d make every effort into parking in a lot not run by Metropolis. Metropolis is a large company that has no online or phone support. You park and pay on an app. You can chat with an AI assistant and get nowhere. You can submit a complaint on their website twice and never get a response. After googling this company I have found they have a large number of complaints filed with the Tennessee BBB. Go elsewhere and support a company that provides customer support.
