    Predatory design, poor signage, and zero accountability I parked in what was clearly a single, undivided lot — no barriers, no signage, just a few QR codes posted in random places. I scanned the one closest to my car and paid immediately. I was ticketed for supposedly parking in a different lot operated by the same company, even though there were no visible boundaries or warnings that scanning the wrong QR code would result in a citation. Their system is confusing by design: multiple QR codes in the same space, each tied to a different "lot". It’s the perfect trap for people trying to do the right thing. I had to send photos, explain the issue, and escalate through there lackluster support system. Only after multiple emails did they finally void the ticket. If I hadn't fought back, I'd be out $70–$115 for doing nothing wrong. Be very careful with any lot managed by Metropolis. Their setup is misleading, their dispute process is slow, and it feels like they're hoping most people will just give up and pay.
