Terrible customer service and unfair billing practices
I disputed a parking charge and waited several days for a response from Metropolis. During that time, the amount doubled. When they finally replied, they told me the notice was already closed and refused to refund the extra charge — even though the delay was entirely on their end.
I acted in good faith and followed their process, but was still penalized for their slow response time. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend using a service that charges customers extra due to its own delays.
