- DGDerek GreenNov 20, 20241.0I was there for 4 hours. It charged me for over 48. Very difficult to figure out how to dispute a charge of their website. Very difficult to set up and use when you park in the lot. It asks you if a picture of your car is correct. I could barely even see it. It takes forever. The old pay lots were a million times easier to use and never overcharged me.

They said a dozen other people had already been turned away for the same reason. Now I'm trying to get my money back. A huge hassle that should have never happened.
