- GRGail Robinson4 days ago1.0No signage, just the qr. Read online that parking was $36.75 for the day. Parked at 9p, left at 8a. Charge was $73. Is it $36.75 per calendar day or 24 hr time period? Multiple emails later, they wrote me off and said I should read the rates. No indication that the attachments showing rates vs charges I sent were looked at. So frustrating!
- JMJoshua MNov 14, 20251.0If I there’s no star I’ll choose that. At the hotel parking lot in DoubleTree Miami North I95 I got charged twice because I didn’t select “in and out privileges”. It’s a hotel parking and people drive in and out all the time. I didn’t even think about I had to select that. Go back and forth with them on email but they just kept saying I didn’t choose the right option. Bad reviews everywhere about this operation.

Metropolis has zero security for outdoor lots and when we wanted to cancel our monthly subscription because he no longer felt safe parking there, they were not willing to give us a credit back for the money we already paid for the month (5th day in). I realize we signed something saying they’re not liable, but at some point when it happens 2×2 months in a row to multiple vehicles, maybe put up some cameras?
