One guy at the front said he’d only been working there 3 months and needed to get an RV salesperson to help us out. He pointed at “Bo” standing by an office and said he’d help us momentarily. Bo wandered off and we kept getting allegedly reassigned to new salespeople. There were 3 different RV reps sitting in their office by themselves. After 20-25 minutes of standing waiting for a salesperson, we just left. They don’t seem very keen on having customers here.

The communication is HORRIBLE, there is a man who wears printed shirts/blazers who thinks he's hot shit, orders workers around, won't let people take lunch breaks..acts like he's a king, when clearly he's a clown. The sales people will not give you clear concise instructions on how to sell your camper. They wait until paperwork is in hand & then spring on you what you need. I had to deal with them 3 weeks with me having to pry information out of them. This company is shitty. Go with someone smaller & support them.

We have since spent 3 years attempting to get this fixed, and have been told it is not their issue and to take it up with the manufacturer. We have paid 3 times to have it repaired with no improvement. I have contacted them no less than 10 times about the problem that could have just been made right from the beginning.
