I cancelled as soon as I got home and asked for a refund for the pro rated amount for the rest of the month, i have a policy from my dealership that will take care of the paint but I do miss a day of work. They stated they dont do that but offered me a wash pass???? You just damaged my car and I cancelled my plan why would i want a free pass. Poorly managed and I will never go back neither will anyone in my family.
