Chris and Owen and the entire team were outstanding. Super helpful and polite over the phone and equally professional in person. The shop was clean and safe and everyone there was working like a well oiled machine.
Thank you all for excellent (and fast) customer service!!

The initial customer service was really good. My husband and I had scheduled an appointment to have new tires placed on two of our vehicles; which was scheduled two weeks out. The reason why we gave this place 3 stars is because when we arrived two weeks later, we ended up waiting longer than we should have. We saw multiple people coming in and out that were being serviced before us. When asked why this was happening, we were told that people were scheduling online which interfered with how they had scheduled in their system. So, it really defeated the purpose of scheduling an appointment with this establishment. However, we were satisfied with the tires.

This place is horrible my car was worse off after going here. It started with they way over inflated tires and says they are unable to do alignment without certain repairs not knowing that im not unknowledgeable. But I did it anyways because I didn't know about the alignment warranty and a couple of the repairs where very serious. Fast forward to alignment they pull in and tried saying I had to do more before alignment. I called b.s. and says do it anyways 10 minutes later they say it's done. Well I call bs . Both times leaving I have a violent shake.
I go straight to another location after leaving and they confirm all my suspicions alignment way out she tires extremely unbalanced. Don't trust this location. They are crooks and give mechanics a bad name
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
