Probably because a young woman was the one needing help and they thought they could take advantage of her situation. On their quote was 10.5 hours of body labor, the other shop quoted 0.9 hours. Their quote for paint labor was 8.5 hours, the other shop 1.4 hours. Just a complete scam top to bottom of that sheet, made me furious.
