  TOTAL RIP OFF LISTEN PLEASE IF YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED ANYWAY WITH THE JOB NOT COMPLETED THEN THIS IS TOUR GO TO SPOT If I could've gave this place -1 star I definitely would. Dropped my son’s car off because of the vehicle stalling on acceleration. Vehicle would drive fine until you wanted to pass a vehicle then the vehicle would stall. Let off the accelerator and then your good. Madison Muffler diagnosed the vehicle and stated cat converter codes (P0430 & P0420) & Knock sensor code (P0327). I declined the cat converter replacements and approved the Knock sensor $598. Just wanted the vehicle to stop stalling. I also asked will the manifold gasket be replaced as well cause it’s 2 different ways to replace the knock sensor. They were clueless (red flag #1) A couple days later I got a message stating the vehicle is ready. Sent my son to retrieve the vehicle. Same issue. Also with no gas. No biggie on the gas. I contacted Madison Muffler and stated that the vehicle has the same symptoms. I was told to return the vehicle. I returned the vehicle couple weeks later about the issue. Welp I’m contacted stating I can have the vehicle fixed for an additional $550. Now the throttle body needing replaced ??? So I’m explaining that I paid to have this issue resolved and the vehicle was misdiagnosed. The person went on about how we fixed the knock sensor. And we did the work. And the knock sensor code hasn’t came back. And also the car stalling because of the cat converters ??? I’m responding that the cats are not clogged so that’s not the issue. You stated the throttle body and it wasn’t diagnosed properly. I kept trying to explain that I paid for the vehicle to stop stalling so why am I liable to pay again when the initial inspection was misdiagnosed. After going back and forth about who’s right or wrong I just realized that this shop is Janky. I’ve been in the Technician world the majority of my life Being an Assistant Service Manager for a Corperate Car Lot and this is not how you conduct business. If my shop misdiagnosed a problem on a customers car I would definitely split the bill or take care of the bill. Once again I was informed we did what u approved (knock sensor) but I’m trying to explain the job wasn’t fixed. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE. THEIR A RIP OFF. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS TO ANYBODY. And please don’t respond by saying your records don’t indicate that my vehicle hasn’t been there cause I would love to post our conversations. I only asked for you to make it right

  Didn't mention that they charge 89 dollars to charge a diagnostic. Also, they refused any battery but the most expensive they could despite me asking for somethincreeps. Ontop of that the head mechanic didn't even know how to tighten my battery down, I had to show him how! Don't use these ceeeps. Head across the street to Chavez auto electric and auto mechanic.

  Very nice and responsible place.! Fixed many problems of my car, AC, car lock, overheating, headlights, etc

  They are completely trustworthy. They were working on our kia sedona & called us letting us know we weren't going to have to pay as much bc certain parts ended up not needing to be replaced. They definitely gained a new customer with us.
