We never had such a trailer but Mike listened well, understood our needs, and put us right on the travel trailers that were just what we wanted. We bought a nice 23-footer and so far so good. The guy in service who did our orientation was Chuck. Chuck did an excellent job in going through everything in regards to the travel trailer. After reading some of the reviews here, I hope that we don't have trouble with service if we need help with any service issues.

She was very patient with us as we looked at several campers at different dealerships. Each time we went to Camping World in Kodak she would show us the ones we found online and never once was pushing us into purchasing. When we decided on the perfect for us camper she walked us through what to expect with financing and when we came to pick it up. I can not recommend this Camping World and Brooke enough as they both made purchasing a camper seem effortless. Go check them out and ask for Brooke. You won’t be disappointed.

- DCDebra ConnerOct 22, 20251.0I would love to give this place a -1000000 if I could. I bought my slightly used 2024 Coleman 17R back in August 2025. I have several commitments to make about my experience. 1. The best part about the whole experience was my sales person great job. 2. No complaints about the friendliness of the people at the company they’ve got that covered & they make sure they make your dream come true in a very underhanded way. 3. My complaint is this: I walked in with enough cash to walk out with the travel trailer paid in full if the finance department had been willing to “make a deal”. Oh, they got me the payment I could work with when they refused to make that cash offer deal. By the time they got finished taking my $10,000 cash down payment & financing the “2,000-2500” that was left owed. They acted like that $2000 was going to bankrupt them so I ended up financing my travel trailer. I ended up financing over $8600 by the time this finished adding on every fee they could think of my cheap trailer ended up costing me over $18,000. They screwed me royally & they know they did while making me feel like they were giving me a good deal. Now I’m tied into a 5 year note on this trailer that’s ended up costing me over $18,000 instead of what was advertised ( I know my numbers are close maybe off a couple of dollars). 3. Customer service sucks & the 5 year warranty they praised ended up being useless. And the service department is willing to throw the problem back onto the sales person without blinking (pass the buck so to say) **** My advice is to Run as far away from this company as possible because they will screw you over in a heartbeat & smile as they are sticking that knife in your back as you walk out the door. If it would do any good I would tell them to come get this thing & cram it & their smiles along with it. I didn’t want to sink my $$$ into buying a camper from a personal seller I wanted a newer camper & wanted the extra warranty (useless) to cover things if they broke but that ended up being worthless because it will cost 💲300-500 for them to come out & see what’s wrong because you outside their 40 mile radius & your Honda Fit can’t tow the trailer into the shop where that could possibly end up costing you $190 an hour. *** So don’t mess with Camping World this place sucks & is very untrustworthy especially when they are smiling while counting you money & laughing as you, the sucker, are walking out the door. If a company refuses to make a cash deal WALK AWAY!!!! Because they don’t give a flip that they just screwed you out of every penny you had left!!!! DC
