Truckstops who claim to know or even understand what the typical truck driver wants, but like all politicians, they know nothing. When a driver needs to do laundry, well because their clothes are dirty. But he can't because the corporations believe they know best and don't work technology is better than something that does work. Why don't you pull your head out of the abyss and actually care about your customers, hmmm novel idea.

I just want to give a shout out to Store 4580 in Prosperity, SC. It is the nicest store and has the cleanest restrooms. Every employee is friendly. The gas pumps are always flowing, card readers working and always got the snacks.

Message is for Adam Wright sir the pilot off of Pritchard Rd is double parking bobtail trucks ordered be this store management she has ordered her stuff to walk the truck parking lot every day to consolidate the trucks which creates issues with the same trucks to meet their appointment time for the trucking business. Sir one parking spot is for one truck not two or three just one and this pilot truck stop is the only one I have came across that does this in my 40 plus years attending pilots wonderful truck stops. Sir I'm sure you most likely didn't know what is going on so please look into this matter sir and thanks from a long time customer. PS when a driver can't do his job due to Pilot we all failed him don't you agree.

I hope somebody calls me from pilot headquarters. I'm a professional driver. I drive between 500 and 700 mi a day. It's July 5th and I stop at a flying j on Friday road outside of Orlando Florida and I call one 9 travel center on Kings road. They both informed me that they now charge regular people with regular vehicles $10 a night to park and that now all pilots and flying J's are doing this across the country. Needless to say, I just came across the country from Chicago, Alabama, Tennessee, Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi. Have not heard this one time. Not to mention I was on the East Coast the week before and did not hear this. I am not paying to park in a regular parking space to get 6 hours of sleep as a professional driver in a sprinter van. I will find a dead end in the middle of nowhere in the woods to sleep or at a cracker barrel. I'll go to TA travel centers and pay $5 before I pay $10 to sleep in a parking space. It's sad that companies are getting this greedy. I hope this is not the way pilot and flying j are going. I hope that this general manager that started in January loses his job for stealing from customers and is only doing this just to be greedy and by the way, they're not charging an 18 wheeler in a 80-ft space to park in their back lots unless it's prime parking.I believe that's to discrimination, why do you as a company differentiate between truck drivers driving and 80 ft rig and us other guys that drive sprinter vans or small box trucks.
