- LPLeah PappasApr 30, 20251.0AVOID IF POSSIBLE. I cannot stress how awful this company is. I live in Old City and have a parking spot in the Jackson lot per my lease. People constantly park in my spot and metropolis does nothing about it! Its exhausting getting home at 7pm after working all day and having no place to park. They scam people constantly from other reviews I've read, and the customer service is completely nonexistent. I wish the greedy, unhelpful and worthless owners of metropolis nothing but bad things.
