- HHHeath HinesOct 3, 20251.0Was provided a prepaid 4 hour pass for parking but Metropolis would only allow to select options for up to 3 hours. Essentially scammed me out of an hour of paid parking. I parked for 3 hrs 38 min and ended up with an overtime fee of $6.49 that if not paid within 24 hours would increase to $54.50. What a scam!
