- TKTom Kirkpatrick5 days ago1.0Bad experience at this lot. I scanned the QR and attempted to pay $17 for up to two hours. Brutally high rate for Knoxville Tn but I was late for dinner and thought I had paid. When I returned there was a tag on my windshield. Apparently my payment didn’t go thru and now my bill was $35 for less than 2 hours. Can’t believe City of Knoxville lets this go on. Metropolis parking will never get my business again. Sad to think this treatment is probably keeping some folks away from the city. Do not park here!
- KMK ManNov 12, 20251.0Metropolis is a fraud of a company, not only did i pay for parking, but also got a ticket. Even though my plate is registered with them, then when I call to dispute they say nothing is under my plate number. Only after sending them my bank records showing payment for every day parking did they dismiss the ticket. Frauds, un honest crooks.
