  Let’s start off with my selling experience, sales guy rusty kept showing me overweight campers for my half ton, and ran around like a chicken with his head cut off, wouldn’t call or answer the phone after I made my decision and I had to talk to other people after speaking with him just to reserve camper, they then wanted me to sign papers before the awning even worked, I told them I didn’t want it until everything worked, technician seemed like he knew his shit and felt bad for letting me take camper while everything wasn’t fixed, and actually helped me talk them into fixing it, Finance guy had to bring in a whole different person to explain why there was a extra 4 grand on top of the original sale price. And now after 5 days of using this camper, I have found dirt dobber nest in every air duct you can name, heater, kitchen fan, ac’s and in the oven. After paying for it to be cleaned and camping ready mind you, last night kitchen sink started leaking. Not a single rubber seal or Teflon tape in any of the plumbing, the shower walls are coming off, and all my cabinets are loose. Needless to say go somewhere else I got a 2022 no reason for these issues

  My experience at Camping World in Jackson, Tennessee, was outstanding, primarily due to the exceptional assistance provided by Mr. Matthew Wilson. I discovered the location through the online marketplace and was immediately compelled to visit. Mr. Wilson guided me through the purchasing process with professionalism and expertise, without exerting any pressure. His eloquence and the supportive atmosphere allowed me to explore the possibility of fulfilling my dreams, making the entire experience both enjoyable and productive. Also, a BIG Thank you to Tyler, who attached my hitch, got me hooked up, and “on the Road”!!!

  Bought a Class C RV there in August. Paid 1000 for their delivery service and it was not ready to be delivered. Propane was empty so could not initially test furnace and stove. Gas was below 1/4 so could not test generator initially. They installed a Maxx Air Fan and did not completely seal that is leaking and causing more damage. Roof needs a complete reseal from sitting on lot and they only did about 1/3 of them. Buyer beware of this store. If you buy an RV from them take an inspector with you. Still trying to get my RV fixed a month later.

  We had a 1 PM appointment to do the walk-through on a camper that we were purchasing, and we were left to wait for an hour. We were told that it would be cleaned before we took it home (it wasn't), and there were dead bugs in every crevice. When we went to do the paperwork and there were tons of it, we were told this is included, this is included. (21 nights free at Good Sam's RV sites good for 1 year) but you have to listen to some stupid sales pitch. It was included but there was a cost involved. There was a line item that said Virtual Doc ($299) which I asked about and I was told this is included. I was not given any explanation of what it was and I assumed it was a filing fee of some sort as they said they would apply for the tag and send it to us. (We still haven't received it.) Come to find out it is actually a telehealth feature (Virtual Doctor) that I have no need of. I called to cancel it and was told I couldn't and that I would have to contact Camping World for that. I emailed the finance man that we dealt with on two occasions to cancel and have not heard from him. I recommend that you go anywhere else other than Camping World. They will not get another dime from me and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to go elsewhere. They nag you to death before the sale and you can't reach them after the sale. So Earl Smith and Camping World, I hope Karma teaches you a valuable lesson.
